Functional Treatments

In functional intimate health, patients often present with symptoms that converge around a common pathway: pelvic pain, insomnia, sexual dysfunction and fatigue are manifestations of autonomic nervous system (ANS) dysregulation. When the ANS is out of balance, pelvic organ function, sleep quality, sexual response and recovery can all be affected in cascade.

Introducing NESA XSIGNAL®

NESA XSIGNAL® is a non-invasive neuromodulation system that applies very low-intensity microcurrents through electrodes, with protocols oriented towards regulation of the autonomic nervous system. It is designed to integrate into clinical practice as part of the multimodal approach.

In Functional Treatments, the protocols act specifically on the transversal autonomic regulation underlying pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, insomnia and chronic fatigue.
