Dra. Sara Ochoa

“I feel that when they see the benefits that they have already seen in my consultation but they will see us more completely, they will feel very happy and so will I.”

Video description

Dr. Sara Ochoa explains that she began looking for techniques to neuromodulate the nervous system before COVID, with the aim of incorporating into her consultation a more complete tool at the bioelectric level. Although they already used other techniques, they felt they were partial and were looking for a solution that could act both from the central and peripheral part of the body, especially focused on the autonomic nervous system.
During her testimony, she emphasizes that she considers the autonomic nervous system one of the fundamental pillars of medicine, understanding it as a great regulator of the human body. After researching different technologies, she found in NESA a tool that she defined as the most complete for the type of patients she works with.
She also points out that in Latin America there is still no sufficiently widespread vision of the human body as an integral bioelectric system, although she believes that the benefits of the technology will make more and more people and professionals interested in this approach.
After completing training in Spain and delving into the technology and its protocols, she expresses her enthusiasm for incorporating NESA in patients with pain and associated pathologies such as addiction, insomnia, anxiety, depression and fibromyalgia, with the intention of offering more complete and non-invasive treatments.
