“NESA® improves basic functions in children with cerebral palsy, reduces anxiety before therapy and strengthens emotional bonds with families, being a key non-invasive tool in pediatric rehabilitation.”

Video description

Judith de los Santos, physiotherapist of NIPACE Foundation in Guadalajara, specialized in rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy and neuromotor disorders. They are pioneers in the use of NESA, having been collaborating with the team for more than 5 years, being the first to accompany its development.
Her multidisciplinary team — physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and psychologists — has observed significant improvements in three key areas: urinary control, sleep quality and attention, and also a reduction in epileptic crises. They are currently incorporating NESA before intensive therapy sessions so that children arrive more relaxed and can learn and perform better, since in a state of anxiety due to lack of sleep motor learning is blocked.
The most recent case is a girl with severe constipation and insomnia who, after the protocol with NESA, defecates every two days and sleeps significantly better. She emphasizes that the emotional impact on families is transformative: families who arrive lost and overwhelmed find at NIPACE and in NESA real and measurable hope.
They have ongoing research projects on autism and epilepsy with NESA, convinced that the small changes they observe deserve published scientific backing.
