Antonia, Pilar and Evaristo, patients with chronic joint pain and sleep problems, share their experiences with NESA in a collective testimony loaded with emotion and tangible results.
The three agree on a similar starting point: generalized pain that seriously limited their mobility, severe insomnia with fear of nightfall, and a very deteriorated emotional state — depression, lack of will to live. One of them could barely walk 200-600 meters and had to get out of bed practically crawling due to lumbar and knee pain.
From the fifth session the change was definitive for everyone: sleep improved radically — from not being able to fall asleep to resting deeply —, joint pains decreased notably, and the capacity for movement was transformed to the point of walking 12 kilometers, something previously unthinkable. The sessions became their moment of relaxation and meditation.
The deepest change is summarized by one of the patients in a phrase that says it all: “I want to live”.
