Moisés Osuna Durán, physiotherapist with more than two decades of experience and director of the Fisioterapia Bola de Oro clinic in Granada, shares a deeply human and personalized vision of his profession. Specialized in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, back pain and functional recovery, he highlights the importance of adapting each approach to the person, moving away from rigid protocols to focus on the real needs of each patient.
His career is also marked by Paralympic sports, an area with which he maintains a very close link both personally and professionally. This experience has allowed him to value the relevance of rest, body awareness and regeneration in performance and recovery, principles he considers equally applicable to any patient, not only elite athletes.
In his testimony, Moisés emphasizes the interest aroused in him by neuromodulation and, in particular, work on the autonomic nervous system, which he defines as a still little-explored key piece within physiotherapy. He explains that this approach has opened new therapeutic expectations for him, not only in relation to sleep and rest, but also in addressing persistent injuries and processes that do not fully resolve with conventional techniques.
Furthermore, he values a conception of physiotherapy based on vocation, closeness and the satisfaction of helping, above any traditional idea of success.
