“NESA technology is a great help, especially in patients with anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, mood disorders or with traumatic backgrounds. It is a tremendous entry door that allows resources to later do deeper work.”

Esther Martínez Navarro, physiotherapist, osteopath and biodynamic craniosacral therapist with more than 15 years of clinical experience, works and lives in Dubai. She discovered NESA through a colleague who sent her scientific literature until convincing her, and in less than a week she had already acquired the device.
She defines the autonomic nervous system as the “Holy Grail” of physiotherapy, a dimension that for a long time was not taken into account and that she considers key in the majority of patients. She had been working with somatic-emotional regulation for a long time, and NESA has opened up a completely new range of resources, especially as an entry door for patients with traumatic backgrounds who are not yet prepared for deeper emotional work.
Her most striking case is a pilot with shift-induced insomnia who in 5-6 sessions notably improved his sleep quality, daily mood and recovery capacity between flights. She highlights NESA’s versatility — applicable in active and in passive, in practically any area — and its capacity to shorten treatments and achieve faster results non-invasively.
She emphasizes that during training it is impossible not to constantly think about patients who would benefit from this technology, which reflects the breadth of its clinical indications.
