Miguel Marillo, airline pilot, shares his experience with NESA after seeking an alternative to improve his rest without resorting to medication, since due to the demands of his profession he could not take pharmacological treatments that could affect his flight capacity. As he relates, it was his neurologist who recommended he try this neuromodulation therapy in the face of the difficulties he had been dragging to sleep well and the need to find a solution compatible with his professional activity.
In his testimony, he explains that from the beginning of treatment he began to notice positive changes in different aspects of his well-being. He especially highlights better sleep onset, a greater feeling of tranquility and increased self-control, in addition to improvement in attention, something especially relevant in an occupation where concentration and stability are fundamental. Although he recognizes that changes are not always easy to describe precisely, he is clear that the evolution has been favorable and that he feels better in general since starting therapy.
Miguel also emphasizes that he came to treatment without concrete expectations, as it was a new option for him, and precisely for that reason he values the results obtained even more. His experience reflects how a non-pharmacological intervention can be especially useful in professional profiles where improving sleep, calm and focus capacity is essential for quality of life and daily performance.
