Javier Rocha, physiotherapist with training in osteopathy, invasive physiotherapy, manual and fascial therapy, directs Fisioterapia Espártida Magec in Tegueste, Tenerife. He defines his professional profile by honesty and a constant demand on results.
He bet on NESA seeking to improve his results in complex long-evolution syndromes — fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, chronic pain —, profiles in which conventional treatments fell short. However, the biggest surprise has come in an unexpected field: acute pain with high irritability, cases in which manual therapy was counterproductive. Applying NESA directly on the affected area with the pain program, the results have been “very important”, even avoiding more aggressive medical treatments in patients he previously could not even treat.
He emphasizes that NESA has opened up pathologies he did not previously address, especially sleep disorders, and that it perfectly complements work on the autonomic nervous system, for which there were no such complete techniques previously. His vision of the future is ambitious: he imagines a device that everyone could use at home before sleeping preventively, avoiding serious diseases.
