Video description

Cecilia Castro, physiotherapist kinesiologist, presents the case of Irene Miranda, a patient who came to consultation due to persistent problems falling asleep in a context marked by stress and anxiety. Faced with this situation, a treatment with NESA of ten sessions was recommended, primarily aimed at improving rest and favoring greater general regulation of the body. As explained in the testimony, from the first session Irene showed a very clear response, even falling asleep during treatment, which already pointed to a significant effect on her level of activation and tension.
Throughout the sessions, the patient began to notice progressive improvement in sleep quality and in her general feeling of tranquility, aspects that, as she relates, positively impacted her daily well-being. In addition, the case presented notable evolution in relation to fluid retention and circulation. Cecilia explains that Irene had significant inflammation and circulatory problems, to the point of experiencing discomfort when walking and associated signs such as small venous alterations. With the treatment, especially from the third and sixth session, a striking improvement was observed in this aspect, with notable elimination of fluids and significant reduction in body weight.
The patient herself highlights that these changes were very evident and that even her doctor was surprised by the evolution. Overall, she describes a clear improvement in both rest and circulation and quality of life.
