Esther Reche Gómez, physiotherapist with 25 years of experience and director of the Esther Reche Physiotherapy and Osteopathy Clinic in Jaén, shares her vision on the incorporation of NESA technology as a complement within a clinical approach based primarily on manual therapy. In her testimony, she emphasizes that her way of working is based on honesty, closeness and a multidisciplinary view, understanding that patient treatment must consider not only the structural or mechanical dimension, but also the role of the nervous system in the evolution of many pathologies.
As she explains, it was from the post-lockdown stage that she became more aware of the need to intervene on the nervous system more directly. In this context, she found in NESA a particularly valuable tool due to its non-invasive nature and its capacity to expand therapeutic possibilities without moving away from her work philosophy. Esther emphasizes that this technology has allowed her to shorten improvement times and observe changes from the first sessions, both at a subjective level —better rest, less pain— and in functional and tissue aspects that she herself assesses in consultation.
In addition, she mentions positive experiences both in her daily clinical practice and in the case of her own daughter, in whom she observed rapid improvements in motivation and concentration. For Esther, NESA represents a tool with great projection, capable of enriching physiotherapy and facilitating a more global, effective and humane approach to the patient.
