Marta is 17 and in her final year of secondary school. In this testimonial she shares her personal experience with the nerves and the overwhelm that exam periods caused her, in a school year she herself describes as very demanding. She recounts that, when tasks piled up and her planning got out of hand, the nerves would appear, and that this tension ended up affecting her both when studying and when sleeping or getting through the day in class.
She says that, after adding non-invasive neuromodulation sessions, she gradually noticed a greater sense of calm that was sustained over time, not just during the treatment. She describes how her mind was more relaxed, how she stopped constantly having everything she needed to study on her mind, and how situations that previously would have overwhelmed her at once she came to take more calmly.
Marta explains that this change was reflected especially in her exams: whereas in the first round of assessments her nerves got the better of her, in the second she faced the tests more calmly, reading them carefully and concentrating better. She concludes by recommending her experience to other students, especially in demanding years, stressing that, for her, staying calm has been essential to performing better.
