Virtual campus
The NESAWorld VIRTUAL CAMPUS is a space created for the student to get the most out of the training, being able to consult what they have learned during the face-to-face course whenever they want.
Once you have registered, we will give you access a few days before the start of the course and we will notify you by e-mail. In case you want to consult the material before the first day of class.
On the virtual campus you will find:
The theory of the course in pdf, but you do not have to print it, since we will deliver it to you in physical format on the first day of the course.
The techniques or clinical cases that the teacher explains during the course in audiovisual format.
Thanks to the campus you will be able to be updated on the course information and you will also be able to have direct feedback with the school, in its help section.
Introduction
Towards the new frontier of electrotherapy
As is well known, the body's information processing system comprises three subsystems (brain-nervous system, endocrine system, and immune system) that are mainly different in terms of their functioning but wholly coordinated to coordinate the optimal functioning of the human body. A state of disease is nothing more than the abnormal functioning of this processing of electrical and chemical information. In many cases, such an abnormality implies an electrophysiological interactive excitation or inhibition of the cerebro-nervous system. Nesa non-invasive global neuromodulation is based on percutaneous treatment with electric microcurrent (generated by the device called NESA XSIGNAL®), which is governed by Wilder's law and the concept of hormesis (Diazguerrero et al., 2013), causing sensations imperceptible through low impedance zones. The effect of the electric current is multiplied thanks to its delivery through multiple pathways that structurally cover the entire body, through the electrodes of the extremities and the guider.
NESA technology was created based on the basic principle of electrical neuromodulation for pain control and the autonomic nervous system, that is, that electrical stimuli can produce changes or modulations in neuronal electrical potentials. It was developed thanks to a team of Japanese scientists and engineers. This team, through trial-error studies, for 10 years, established the low impedance input nerve pathways, corresponding to those used today to apply the current, and the electrical sequences of each program with their registers. of effects produced and objectives. The objective was and still is to achieve results through the use of a minimum current for the information processing system of the organism. In this sense, the NESA microcurrent generator allows the entry of the electrical signal (input) and creates the possibility of modulating the nervous system through a current without polar or secondary effects, imperceptible and capable of modulating nerve fibers of small caliber.
NESA global neuromodulation may be applicable to different clinical scenarios, such as symptoms secondary to excitation and tension in the brain and nervous, musculoskeletal, visceral and/or vascular systems, conditions that require restoration of sleep high quality and cases in which there are several complications with psychosomatic consequences and imbalances or involvement of the autonomic nervous system.
NESA is a technology that extends to large fields of health as a substrate treatment, in areas such as: neurology, internal medicine, dentistry, psychiatry, clinical psychology, nursing, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, sports medicine, rehabilitation, home treatment, preventive medicine and physiotherapy in all its variants. It is also a growing technology and scientific advance that may open future frontiers.
